Blank Messages in Outlook 2003

I just recently installed Office 2003 (including Outlook
2003). When I go to check my mail, all of my emails are
blank, no content at all. In Plain Text mode, there is a
space, in HTML there is nothing but the basic tags, in
Rich Text it is completely blank. Has anyone else found
this problem, or does anyone know how to fix it? I have
tried all different mail formats, and this applies both to
old mail (whose content I know is still saved) and new
mail.

Pretty Good Privacy. It's a tool used to encrypt and/or digitally sign
messages.
