Blank page at the printers

The second document that I had sent out to the printer supposedly
has a blank page at 92 and 93 (of a 197 page document). This
doesn't make sense to me at all, even though in my 20 years of
various amateur desktop publishing I've seen things like this before.
I don't think it would happen with Publisher 2003 sent to a OfficeMax
printer. Does anyone know what to tell a printer in a situation like
this or how to fix it? It is not in my master document when I
look at it.

You need to insert pages in multiples of four, otherwise Publisher will
insert the remaining blank pages at the end of the print job (i.e. in the
centre pages). Insert three blank pages at the end of your document.
