Blank slides when files are moved between XP & 2003

I recently opened an Office PPT XP file on a machine loaded with PPT 2003 &
I noticed that there were a number of blank slides. When I double checked the
original file on an Office XP machine the slides were fine.

I then discovered if the file was opened on any machine with PPT XP loaded
they were fine, yet on any 2003 the same slides were blank.

One of the slides had a picture on it so i suspect this may have been copied
and pasted which may have been a problem, however I was surprised that the
text boxes had dissappeared as well.

Has anyone experienced anything like this?

Service pack 1 for Office 2003 corrects problems like this. Make sure that it
has been applied on the machines you're testing on.
