"Blank Spaces" in Sent folder causes program to crash

There are blocks of "blank spaces" in my Sent Folder where emails
should be listed and when I try to delete them, Entourage crashes.
Any suggestions on how to repair this?

This indicates database corruption. You need to rebuild your database.
