Block Domain Retareded Email

In Office 2003, I thought you could block entire domain's from sending retarded e-mail? I only see the option to block an individualy sender? I went to the Office 2003 launch and they said you could block entire domains?

Tools | Options | Junk E-mail | Blocked Senders. Add the domain name there
