I'm running Outlook 2003 with all the latest patches & updates for both
Office & Windows, plus IE7. My problem is that links to web sites say
they're blocked when I hover over them, but I can actually click on them and
be taken to the web site.
I don't think I changed any settings, but I'd like them to be blocked so
even if I accidentally click one, the broweser doesn't open.
