Blocked Senders...

So is there some way to make the Blocked Senders in
Outlook 2003 actually be *BLOCKED*? I don't want them in
my junk folder I don't even want them coming into my
inbox. It would be nice if there was a rule to permanently
delete them but I cannot seem to find that either. Does
anyone have some ideas, tips or alternate suggestions?

Thanks,

Rex

Without server control there is no easy answer. If your ISP is cooperative,
there are ways to block senders from the server, depending on the type of
mail server. If you have added the sender and/or domain to your blocked
list then you have maximized the client side feature set for filtering. The
next best thing might to set the option for "permanently delete suspected
junk e-mail...." , however this setting applies to all junk mail, not just
one sender/domain.

Hope that helps!!

Thank you!

Well if Microsoft might get this you should mention that
anybody on the blocked sender list should have the option
of being permanently deleted in a rule. That would be
nice. My idea of a *blocked* sender is that you get
nothing from them or what you do get is permantly deleted
instantly.

Yes. In your Junk E-mail options you can have junk e-mail automatically
delted instead of being sent to the Junk E-Mail folder.
