Blocking more than 1 sender ??

Is there a quicker way to block sender, rather than go into each one
individually. I get a lot of spam (up to 50 per day, sometimes more), and
i'd like to be able to select 50 entries and 'block sender' on all those,
rather that having to go into each entry separately, click block sender,
click OK, etc.

Blocking senders will have no effect on reducing the amount of spam you
receive each day as spammers never use real return addresses nor do they
use the same fictitious return address repeatedly..

To directly answer your question: I had the same problem. There is no
way to group-select a block of senders and block them. The easiest
thing I found to do was add the "Add Sender to Blocked Senders List"
button to my main toolbar so I didn't have to go through the menus for
each item.

People are correct when they say that spammers use multiple email
addresses, but I mainly use domain blocking anyway. I export my
Blocked Senders list to a file, run a quick Perl script against it to
"condense" the individual blocked addresses into domain entries, and
re-import the file. Works pretty well and it's free.

Domain blocking.. hmmmm interesting idea until you start receiving spam
with a return address from your own domain or even worse spam with your
OWN e-mail address as the return address of the spammer...!!!

Outlook 2003 won't let you add email from your own domain to the
blocked senders list using the "Add to Blocked Senders List" button
(although you could manually force it down Outlook's throat). You can
also add any specific addresses to the "Safe Senders" list so you
could block, for instance, yahoo.com, except for your (e-mail address removed).
