blocking unwanted junk email in Outlook

I am sure I am not the only one wanting to eliminate receiving 50 plus junk emails daily trying to sell me something. I have added the messages to the JUNK EMAIL SENDERS list and also used the rules wizard to block messages with certain words in the subject line. Is there a better way? I have a broadband connection, so I open to a lot of junk mail.

1) Sign up to an ISP or Domain that has built in filters
2) or/and a third party tool,eg Cloudmark spamnet, Mailwasher, Norton IE
etc,etc
So you open obvious junk mail??

Blocking email senders and words is a waste of time. See
http://www.slipstick.com/rules/junkmail.htm#tools for tools to help witih
this.
