Blocking unwanted messages without all the legwork

My internet providers firewall has become less than adequate and I am
receiving a billion offers for just about everything (and I do mean
everything). Of course the "unsubscribe" never works for any of them any
more (they've outsmarted the general consumer). I have added a filter
through outlook but I am still clearing out junk on a daily basis. I don't
have time to filter through it all, let alone putting them all into my
filter. What other options are there WITHOUT purchasing other software?

Outlook 2003 Junk email set on High is quite good.
Never respond to them with unsubscribe - it only confirms your email
address.
