Can Entourage export via Bluetooth?

I know Address Book can do it, bit it'd be useful if I could sync my phone
with Entourage.

Yes. You can use the System Preferences > Bluetooth panel to set up a
Bluetooth serial device, configure Palm Desktop > HotSync to use that
serial device, then use /Applications/Microsoft Office 2004/Additional
Tools/Handheld Sync Installer to install and configure the Microsoft
Entourage conduit that replaces the standard Palm Desktop conduit. Once
all of this is set up, you can synchronize over Bluetooth.

Note that Bluetooth 1.x is extremely slow for these purposes. In my
experience, unless you are using Bluetooth 2.x, it's not going to be
worth the trouble.

If you just want to send an individual file,it is possible to drag one or
more contacts from Entourage directly into Address Book where you can use
Bluetooth, or just drag the contact/event/attachment to the desktop, and use
'send file' from the bluetooth menubar icon.
