BMP Print Problem

I'm printing four copies of one bmp on a page of
PowerPoint and I just made the bmp in MS Paint with the
default white background (with only black lines and text)
but when I print the page - it comes out with grey
background of the bmp's. The rest of the page not
covered by the bmp is white - would appreciate help to
get this to print with totally white background.

Go to View/Black and White.
Then right-click the image and go to B/W Settings.

See if one of the options there lets you do what you want.

If not, you can try using the transparency wand on the Picture toolbar. See
if that makes the grey area transparent in the places you need it to be
transparent (white). It may, it may not, depending on the image.

Alternatively, open the image in an image editor and create a transparent
area as opposed to a white background. (I don't know if you can do this in
MS Paint or not, to tell the truth.) Save as PNG or TIF and reinsert that
image into PPT.
