Anyone seen this where a user books a meeting, which takes
place on a daily basis every day for the next 2 months,
and includes a meeting room so that others know it is
booked, and when the room's calendar is viewed by clicking
FILE, OPEN, OTHER USER'S FOLDER it correctly shows as
being occupied for those 2 months. But when someone else
goes to book some other meeting and views the same room's
calendar, but through the meeting planner, it only shows
as being occupied up to 4 weeks, instead of the full 2
months. Our Outlook profiles are generally configured to
see 12 months worth of bookings. BYW, we use Outlook 97.
