booklet template 8pp need help

Issue. Template has lines in Order Form and some text boxes I do not need.
How do I get rid of them, please? Thanks

JoAnn, many thanks. I tried that; it does not work. I can get rid of text
OK, but the LINES in the ORDER FORM will not delete. What I need to do is
eliminate the whole form and substitute text in its place. jimr

Without seeing the template I can't be of more help but *believe me* - it
can be deleted. ;-)
