Bookmarks in Outlook Express

I want to be able to use Bookmarks in my E-Mail Newsletter that is edited in Word, mostlyu to set up an index in a newsletter I do for a non-profit. But when I insert a bookmark link the result always brings up my whole statrionery file. It certainly does not go to the bookmark location.

Is Word as my E-Mail Editor capable of this?
