HELP! This a problem for my wife's account and I need to fix it asap.
Her Entourage app has failed to boot. The window will open, but is
blank. The cursor icon show a harddrive search. We have allowed this
to work for up to 15 minutes with no success. My only choice has been
to force quit. I assume there is a damanged file, but I can find no
source to tell me how to fix the problem. Any ideas?
The OS is 10.3.9 and Entourage is '04.
