border objects

I am trying to print a trifold brochure on HP psc750. The front section has
a border around the entire object. I can't center it on the 1/3 section. If
I center it the right border does not print. As it is it looks off center
when folded. The back section prints fine, in other words the left 1/3 has
the same border and it prints fine.

I have no clue about all-in-one printers. Does it print borderless? On most
printers in the landscape mode the largest margin will be on the right.

If your printer will print borderless, it may only do so when printing to
photo paper.
