My boss' hard drive died when on travel, so I recovered his drive from a
time machine backup. No matter how long entourage would sync afterwards, the
inbox wouldn't update. I gave the inbox the empty cache command and it has
sat there with the folder properties window completely blank with only the
OK button visible. No interaction with any buttons or moving windows for
half an hour. When I right click on the dock icon, it doesn't say that the
application is not responding. How long do I need to wait this out? The
inbox did have 48,000 emails in it.
