Bouncing dock icon every five minutes (even without new mail) driving me crazy!

Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this problem that is
driving me crazy. The entourage dock icon bounces a lot - even when
there is no new email. It seems to do it every time there is a
communication error (which happens every 5 minutes or so, and is
illustrated by the yellow yield sign in the bottom right hand of the
entourage window). This is driving me crazy, on top of all the other
problems with this lame attempt at a client. I am sadly thinking of
going back to Outlook in classic - at least this is a real solution.

Is there any way to turn this feature off, or better yet, is there any
way for this program to stop having communication errors every five
minutes?

Any help would be most appreciated!

Thanks,

Ben

DockDetox http://www.unsanity.com/haxies/dockdetox/ can put that bouncing
away. But it would certainly be a better solution to find out what causes
these communication errors and how to correct it.

Does anyone have any ideas: This is what the error log says:

Could not synchronize record: Updated: Technology Update to Exchange
server: Ben Skelton (Company)

There is an entry every five minutes!

I'm getting bounced messages from you that your mail box is full.

Use online access to check.

I use an expired Netscape account to post to Google forums (too much
spam if I list my other account). I don't have the Netscape account in
Entourage at all. This problem occurs only with my Exchange account
(the only account I use Entourage for). If you have any ideas how I
can solve this problem please post here!

Thanks,

Try finding the offending event in question in Entourage, create a new one
just like it and delete the original.
