Is there a template or wizard in Publisher 2003 to help make bridge tallies

I had to google Bridge Tallies...I guess it's a game?

But either way, Publisher does not have a template/wizard for Bridge
Tallies.

He's talking about a score card for bridge players. I've seen them but since
I don't play, I couldn't create one from memory. Should be easy enough tho.
Determine the size of the pad, insert a table, add some cute graphics - TA
DUM!
