Brochure 4-fold option unclickable!!

I am seriously panicking here...
I have less than a day to make a brochure for some school assignment.
The draft on paper is done, I know what I'm going to write in it and all but
I need to type the stuff up and insert the pictures.

My plan is to make a 4-fold, and my teacher has okayed the draft when I
asked him for feedback.

The 4-fold option worked on the school computer, how come it doesn't work on
mine? Both are MS Office Professional 2003.

The links under 'Page size' ('3-panel' and '4-panel') have been grayed out.

Why could this be?

Because the layout you are choosing isn't able to be altered. I assume
you're using a preset template? If so, which one?

What I should have added was that it's also dependent on the paper size. I
believe that A4 (sorry I don't use American sizes), can only be set up as
three panel, otherwise the panels would be too narrow. The printer(s) at
school must be capable of printing on larger than A4 paper.

Download a printer driver that will accept the size paper you are trying to use or
install Microsoft Publisher Imagesetter. If your home printer cannot accept, say, 11
x 17, then that option will be dimmed...
I don't see "page size" in my printer setup...

It does not work on many computers.
Microsoft were aware of this problem but failed to fix it.

I chose Accent Box because it was the first one on the list. I need to delete
the preset content to start with a blank one anyway so it doesn't matter.

My printer is probably over 9 years old. Yes, it's very old. An HP printer
from the 'old days' (Deskjet 870Cxi) - big, ugly and white.

Is my only option to go to school and try to somehow put it together in a
seemingly impossible amount of time?

Open the printers folder, file, add a printer, next, select "Local printer attached
to the computer", next, next, click "Generic" under Manufacturer, scroll down to the
"MS Publisher Imagesetter".

If you know the printer your school uses, you can go to the manufacturer's web site
and download the driver and use it in your page setup.
