Broken drag and drop in open or save as dialogue box.

I have a user that says she installed a windows update and now can't drag and
drop files in the open or save as dialogue box of any Office application.
When you try to it doesen't even "grab" the file. When using the dialogue
box in notepad it "grabs" the file but anywhere I try to drop, it has a
circle with a slash. The system is Win2k Pro SP4 with these hotfixes:

Right-click start, properties, Start Menu tab, customize button, advanced tab, check
"Enable dragging and dropping."

Mary, Thank you for the reply but that just enables/disables drag and drop
in the start menu only. To clarify, the problem only occurs in dialogue
boxes. Windows Explorer and start menu drag and drop work fine.
