Is there a way to create a professional broucher using Publisher or Office?

Is there a way to create a professional broucher using Publisher or
Office?

Publisher is a part of Microsoft Office, and it is the best tool in the
suite to create a professional brochure.
It is not difficult to create a brochure in Publisher, but I would get
someone with experience to do it if you have not worked in Publisher
previously, as it takes a while to get the hang of designing.
Is there anything we can give you specific help on?

Isn't there some kind of brochure template in Publisher?
Even if there isn't you should be able to have some examples that you
can go by.

There are templates, but unless you are proficient at using Publisher, you
will not get professional-quality output even if you use the templates.
Also, using templates makes your publication easily recognisable as a stock
Publisher template.
