Publisher is a part of Microsoft Office, and it is the best tool in the
suite to create a professional brochure.
It is not difficult to create a brochure in Publisher, but I would get
someone with experience to do it if you have not worked in Publisher
previously, as it takes a while to get the hang of designing.
