The option: "browse in same window" located in folder options -> file types
and then the doc file type is unavailable (grayed out) when i installed word
viewer 2003. I was able to use this in wod viewer 97-2000. Is this by
default? Anyone an idea to activate this??

Click "Start" (Start Menu), point to "Programs", then click on "Microsoft Office Word Viewer 2003".

If you cannot see the "Microsoft Office Word Viewer 2003" item, click the double arrows (which point downward)
to reveal the entire list.

When the Open dialog box appears, find and open a Word Document. You'll need to do this to get to the Options
dialog, don't ask me why Microsoft did this.

Click "Tools" (in the menu bar) and then click on "Options...". Click on the "View" tab. Uncheck (disable)
"Windows in Taskbar" under Show (first item on the far right). Click the "OK" button.

Viola!

This doesn't do much. Document in internet explorer still use a new browser
window instead of using the open browser window (as in viewer97-2000).
