Browsing webpage on A2000 form and importing parsed data

Hi,

Company data is stored in a standard format on webpages on the www,
accessible to employees after a login. Standard data available on the
webpages would be:

Company Name
Company Code
Contact Details
Comments

I would like to access that area of my company website using an access form
and have a simple IMPORT button on the form. The user browses to the webpage
he is interested in.

On hitting IMPORT,
The standard format data on that chosen webpage should be parsed and
imported into relevant fields in the contact table.

While I understand how this works in theory, I'd really appreciate help on
how to get this implemented in A2000.
