BSM2005 How to Refresh database bay code?

Hi,

I'm new in Business Scorecard Manager 2005. Please, anyone knows how to
refresh the database by code? I'm trying to introduce some targets
values in run time and I'd like to refresh the database connection so
the user could see the changes.
