Bug? Spotlight search Note, Task titles change to xxx.vRgeNoteand xxx.vRgeTask

First, I wish to express deepest appreciation to the Microsoft Business Unit
for all the exceptional improvements they've built into the 11.2.3 updater.

One problem that I've now observed frequently:

As I type in the title of Note or Task, I may see a lovely list of actual
subject lines. But if I click on one or add an additional letter (that
appears in all the Notes or Tasks, the titles change to code such as:

413.vRgeNote

1166.vRgeTask

How does one prevent the change to such code or, if not prevent, return to
lists of subject/title lines?

We've seen this happen, particularly when using the Finder's Find windows
rather than the Spotlight search menu. It's not limited to Entourage items,
just you'll see it a lot more as most people have a whole heck of a lot of
e-mails that end up in their Spotlight results.

Would really be nice if it didn't happen--you would be able to have a Smart
Folder that showed all items within a particularly category or one with all
tasks due today.
