Business Card as a signature

I currently have a standard signature that I use in Outlook. How do I set up a business card that I created in MSPublisher to be my signature in Outlook? Also so that it is viewable by people that may not have MSPublisher but can see HTML messages? What will it look like for some who can only receive plain text? Can this even be done? Will my email addy and web site (that is on my business card) act as a hyperlink?
