Business Card

I just recently downloaded Microsoft Office on my PC and
of course updated my Outlook to the 2003 version.
However, I have a business card that is to be attached to
all outgoing emails. When I am typing, I see the card.
However, when the recipient receives it, it is in plain
text. HTML is checked. I have gone over this with
another "computer guru" and he is at a loss as to why it
is being converted to plain text when I sent it. Can
anyone help me?
