I am a big user of Outlook and in my daily work, I make tons of calls and need to track information with all of my contacts, and the problem is I cannot stand ACT. The whole sepearate application piece just does not work for me.
Can anyone tell me the benefits of BCM with Small Business Server? The MS site is very dull as far as explaining exactly what it does and does not do?
I am currently running exchange 2003. Is BCM better to use with Exchange, or can exchange do everything that BCM can do?
Some screenshots would be greatly appreciated. I basically need to be able to log all the emails that I send and receive and makes notes in respect to the calls I make with my contacts.
If there are any 3rd party apps out there that people suggest that would be greatly apprecited as well.
