Business Contact Manager doesn't plug into Outlook 2003

Hi,

I've installed and worked with Outlook 2003 against Exchange Sever 2003 for
a while.

Now i wanted to try out Business Contact Manager, and even though no errors
pop up (or show in event log), nothing "changes" in my Outlook client. No
extra menues or anything - And as far as i understand, BCM should plug in
directly to Outlook?!?

It may be of relevance that I already do have an MSDE instance running on my
machine. But if THAT's the issue, then BCM setup really needs fixing.

Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager is used in combination with
Microsoft Exchange Server or Microsoft Small Business Server configured for
Messaging Application Programming Interface (MAPI)-based e-mail."

Can anyone explain this? I thought small businesses ran Exchange too.. :)

Especially since it worked in the Beta! Well, mostly worked with an
Exchange profile.

I would also have thought the target for this program would have been the
sales types from all sizes of organizations, not just small businesses - and
most medium to large businesses run a mail server, a lot of them Exchange.

This is a mystery to me as well.
