Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2003

Whenever I load Outlook I get the error box which reports
an error and Outlook will not load. It then dumps out
when you select don't send to MS. I then tried loading in
the safe mode and the same thing. I then remove the
program and reinstalled both Outlook and then Business
Contact Manager. The same thing occurs. I installed it
on my Dell Server and it works. I am sure some data base
has been corrupted or something. Help.
