Business Contact Manager Freezes

I'm trying to set up B_contact so that when I am looking at a contact
and all of the emails sent to that contact that the auto preview is
turned on.

With out this, I have to open and close each email to see the contents

I right click on the email listings
select customize current view
select other settings
select preview all items
select reading pane at the bottom
click on Ok ..

and nothing happens ........ outlook freezes

I've tried clearing the cache several times
