Business Contact Manager Install Problem

I have installed the new cool Office 2003 + Business
Contact Manager (included with the Pro Version)

..Net Framework installed

After installing BCM, on opening Outlook it is supposed to
ask question about Outlook profile, which it did not.
I cannot find anything in Outlook about CBM - It seems the
install did not work.

I un-installed & re-installed BCM without any success.

Platform = Windows 2000 SP3
Note that I had previously Office 2000 & Office 2003
Preview installed. These apps were removed / upgraded
during the install process.
