Business Contact Manager issues

Hey,

I'm dealing with an issue with a customer of mine who has
Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager. The Business
Contact Manager icon does not appear on the toolbar
within Outlook 2003. It is correctly installed in her
machine (it even shows up in Add/Remove Programs). I had
her run a repair of the toolbar as suggested by a
knwoledgebase article. No difference. I also had her
uninstall Outlook 2003 and the Business Contact Manager
software, then reinstall both. No difference. Any other
ideas here? Please contact me at
