Business contact manager

When I try to install Business contact manager, Im
required to install .NET 1.1, however. when I attemp to do
that I get an error message: error creating
process<C:\DOCUMENT-1\design\LOCALS-1
\tEMP\ixp000.tmp\INSTALL.EXE>. REASON: THE SYSTEM CANNOT
FIND THE PATH SPECIFIED. I tried the download and install
NETFX1.1_bootstrapper.exe. It asked me for a place to put
it and BEHOLD, I was now lost! Can you help?
