how do i instal the add-in business contact manager into my outlook. i am
using outlook 2003. pls help.

Business Contact Manager doesn't come with every version of Outlook or
Office but only in "Microsoft Office Small Business Edition 2003".

by the way, i just bought this outlook 2003 professional recently. will
appreciate if you could direct me to a link to download this add-in.

There is none. You can't download it.

Actually, BCM is supposed to be included with Office 2003 Professional.

I'd call into Microsoft support and ask about it if you did indeed buy the
full Professional Suite.

Thks. I can just download the business contact manager add-in from the small
business edition 2003, right ? I already hv outlook 2003 on my pc.

No. Having a license for Outlook 2003 does not automatically grant you a
license for Business Contact Manager.

Hv read your link, thks. My outlook 2003 came pre-installed when i bought the
pc recently. Looks like i hv 2 seek my vendor for the business contact
manager add-in. Meanwhile, is it possible to download business contact
manager add-in from any link.
