I have to import a large number of contacts from a Fax application into
Outlook contacts. I exported the information to a csv file and then
import the csv into outlook. When I examine the records all of the
fields have mapped correctly (the fax number is in the business fax
field). When I browse the address book via the "TO:" button in a new
message nothing shows up. If I open a record and double on the business
fax number (I make no changes)then save and close the record that
record will appear. The problem is I have several lists of over 4000
record each that I need to do this with. Any help would be appreciated.
