Business Strategy Assessment Report

I need to provide a consulting report to a local business, based upon an
analysis I conducted upon the company as a whole, and each of its internal
divisions.

Based upon the information I have already gathered, this report needs to
include
- strategic and tactical recommendations in order to increase overall
company profit, revenue, efficiency, etc.

I can't find a template that fits this requirement. Any suggestions?
