C# Addin and Power Point event

Hi,
i am trying to write a C# addin that will capture mouse events from
power point and act accordingly,
The add in uses Microsoft's IDTExtensibility2

Does anyone know how to capture the mouse events (mouse click) from the
running PowerPoint app (in design time?)

any help (Example / reference) will be appreciated.
