C:\Document.......\OfficeSTD.exe is not a valid Win32 application

I d/l the trial version and when I double-clicked the file in "My Documents"
to activate it I got this message C:\Documents and Settings\"my name"\My
Documents\OfficeSTD.exe is not a valid Win32 application. I'm kinda lost
because I thought it was supposed to be as simple as point and click. Any
help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Could be a corrupt download. Try downloading the file again, or
order the CD.

Also clear your browser cache (etc) before the down-load.
