Cache Mode for Exchange Server

Is there any way I can automatically have messages remain on the exchange (2003) server until I decide to save them to my hard drive? I use multiple devices (PC, Mac and Blackberry) to access messages.

Entourage caches all Exchange message, contact, and calendar information
locally. There is no way to prevent this, it's a function of how Entouage
works.

Other than taking up space on your computer, there shouldn't be any issue.
Messages viewed in Entourage will remain on the Exchange server also, so you
can access them on your other devices.

Are you not seeing your messages on the server? You may have a Rule or a
Mailing List Manager entry that is moving them into local folders.
