Cached settings in Entourage / Exchange

Is there any way to set the cached messages within Entourage?

I'm using Entourage 2004 (11.4.0 with Mac OS 10.5.4) and Exchange
Server 2003. I'd like to set the amount of messages that sync to my
local machine. Ideally, i'd like to only have the last 5 months of
emails sync up, and the rest be visible thru the Web Access. Is there
a way of doing this?

Also, is there a way to search messages in the Web Access? This would
be for searching messages prior to the 5 months of messages that would
reside on my local machine.

No, Entourage syncs the entire contents of your account on the Exchange
server.

What if you delete items from your local machine (while offline). Once
you re-connect to the Exchange server, does it re-sync all the items
you deleted?

The items will be deleted from the server. It's a two-way sync.
