We have problem with exchange 2003 server.
Our IT. unit is going to change our mailing system from firsclass to
exchange. Its ok but now we have few problems:
1. In our work we have spread in different locations and cities. In our
workflow we must share information between each other by typing information
on emails witch customers had sended our shared email boxes (example
[email protected] sends email titled "sales-adwertisement"). Our customer
care marks there in title field "newspaper
name_weeknumber_sales-adwertisement". They also put extra information (witch
is size of ad. etc.. on same email. Production line reads it and marks in
titlefields beging "i_(name)_handles".
So that was simple in firsclass. In exchange, customer care can write
information needed, BUT production (macs) cannot see their changes in emails
unless they empty cache on their macs.
How to read changes whitout emptying caches, becourse we have do it more
than hundred time per day?? Any solution or macro....
2. Same kind of problem is when mac peoples wish to write their"name" and i
"handle this" in title field or imail. they cant. We have to resend forward
the same message and mail and then can others see changes...
Any solution??
3. Any way to get incoming versions of exchange firstclass exellent ability
to see message history(who have read it, downloaded documents etc...)
