Calculated Fields in Pivot Tables

I can do a Calc'd field to give me Actual-Budget. But I can't get it to give
me Actual/Budget. Does anyone know why the Divide function will not
work???????

It gives me the "Divide by Zero" error. Now, for items where I it supposed
to calculate zero / some number, it does give me zero. So that is working
correctly. But if it is something like 777/999, it says "Divide by Zero."

Are those the amounts showing in the pivot table, or in the source data?
The calculated field would be based on the pivot table summaries.
