Hi
I have 6 columns
(J14-K14); (Q14-R14); (X14-Y14); (AE14-AF14); (AL14-AM14); (AS14-AT14)
(AZ14-BA14) - that is my total time less my lunches in each of th
above
My problem is this:
A person can work any given 5 days in the week, and that will be at
normal rate. (eg. it can be Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Son. Or it can be Mon
Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri. Or it can be Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat, Son) Any da
more than 5days already worked is calculated as overtime.
(two formunlas required to work out normal hours and overtime)
But I also have the problem that every 3rd, 4th or if there is a 5t
Sonday, is worked per month, and that is calculated as double time.
I am not sure what to do, should I rather include an extra column in m
daily calculations of - start, end time, lunch time, total an
overtime - to specify what rate the person is working at and have m
last columns each interpret these rates accordingly and then decide i
they form part of their calculations and calculate them.
and if so how should I proceed with the formulas to do so?
Any ideas?
I am stuck with a very complicated story, where the outcome is prett
much decided upon what hours and when the person has worked
