Calculating percentage

I don't know how to explain this. Following is the data in the range A1:D11.
I want to replace all ? with formulas so that it will calculate the CHANCE
percentage based on the BASE and PICK.

Do you mean to calculate Pick as a percentage of Base? If so in the chance %
column enter =B2/A1 and format as percentage.
