I have a pivot table that is generated from records in an
Access database. The pivot table includes information
about accounts and the revenue they generate per month,
over a 13 month period.
The 13th month is the current month and the other 12
months are used to lookback and determine if the account
generated any revenue over the past year. If the account
did not generate any revenue, they are considered new. If
they did generate revenue in the prior 12 months, they are
considered existing.
I can do that calculation outside of the pivot table,
however I cannot sort the table by the outside
calcuation. If I can perform this calculation inside the
table, I could sort by the column that calculates whether
the account is new.
Can I perform this calculation inside the pivot table?
