Calendar Acting up Like...

A

Angelo

Dear All,

Rather interesting, well I think it is.

A lady opens her boss calendar (as configured in her/his Outlook 2000
client) & creates Calendar appointments in her boss's Calendar. However, ever
since the daylight savings kicked in, there's a funky issue with time going
backwards or forward one hour if the daylight saving box is checked/unchecked
either in the Outlook options or the system's clock. I've tried different
combinations such as checking "Always use system calendar" and nothing. It's
become a bit frustrating.

Looks like it will be better to extract all calendar appointments in the
correct time zone and/or when the appointments seem correct in time (even
when if the time could be one hour ahead or behind) then implement the
daylight savings, import back the calendar items for retation of proper
time...makes sense? Is it possible?

I read something here: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=197480

Any information & help is certainly appreciated.

Many thanks in advance!

Angelo
