Calendar and Address Book Entries

Hello!

Because we have such a high turn around with employee's here at my
workplace, I am constantly deleting and creating Exchange accounts in
Entourage 2004 under the same generic OS X account. I noticed something
today that I didn't before that whenever I create a new Exchange account in
Entourage 2004, the Calendar entries and Address book entries from the
previous user(s) are still there?!?! Even though I deleted the account from
the Accounts window in Entourage before creating a new one. Does anyone know
where this information is kept in the OS. I looked everywhere and couldn't
seem to find anything to delete.

Thanks!

Okay...

How about this then...

How do I delete ALL entries in Entourage 2004 Calendar?
I can do a "select all" in Entourage's Address Book and delete them all at
once, but when I do the same to Calendar, nothing happens.

Thanks!

You haven't selected anything.

Instead, go to the "All Events" custom view in the Calendar area of
Entourage 2004. (If you were in Entourage X or earlier, you'd have to make
your own custom view of Calendar Events (only) where ANY criteria are met
of:
Category Is None
Category Is not None
but this view already exists in 2004 so just go there.)

After a few moments (or longer) when all the events have appeared, NOW you
can select one item in the list, cmd-A to select all, then Delete to delete
all entries.

If you need to recreate the holidays afterwards (in 2004), go to
File/Import/Holidays and choose your countries. (In some earlier versions
you did this in Entourage/Preferences/Calendar/Import holidays.)
